Responsibilities:
Strategically lead and execute the full cycle talent acquisition and retention cycle for high-priority, complex engineering and technical roles, from intake to closing.Partner closely with engineering and operations leaders, acting as the trusted advisor to calibrate, define success criteria, and set the bar.Implement scalable, best-in-class recruiting strategies, optimizing TA processes, assessment methodologies, and the end-to-end candidate experience.Help mentor and actively develop a high-performing recruiting team in proactive sourcing, deep pipeline generation, and objective candidate evaluation.Champion tool improvements by introducing AI-driven solutions and data analysis, driving efficiency without compromising quality.Qualifications:
