Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a high-octane, hunter-first leader to take full ownership of our staffing vertical. This business currently leverages our deep-tech training ecosystem to deploy mid-to-senior technical talent into global giants like Citibank, Morgan Stanley, and Reliance.

While the vertical is already profitable and accounts for ~15% of company revenue, it lacks a dedicated leader to institutionalize the farming of existing creamy accounts and the hunting of new enterprise logos. This role is for a leader who can carry themselves with finesse in front of CXOs but isn't afraid to get into the trenches with recruiters to drive closures.


Key Responsibilities


* P&L Ownership & Scale: Own the end-to-end P&L of the staffing vertical. Drive the roadmap to scale monthly revenue from ₹1.3 Cr to ₹3–4 Cr+ while maintaining a high-alpha margin profile.
