Job Description

The Director of Workforce Management (WFM) will lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of workforce planning processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. This role oversees forecasting, staffing, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and reporting across all departments, aligning workforce initiatives with company objectives.
