Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Director, Operations leader to drive survey readiness, compliance excellence, and scalable execution across a multi-site healthcare portfolio. This role serves as a trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner to field teams, senior leadership, and clients, ensuring compliant operations, reduced risk, and consistent performance aligned with Sodexo standards.
The position is remote-based and may be located anywhere in the Eastern or ., preferably within close proximity to a major airport, due to significant travel requirements.
