**Director of Operations**As the Director of Operations, you will lead the operational system that drives performance across our Mississauga facility. This role is accountable for operational planning, production control, performance visibility, cross-functional alignment, and the daily/weekly management routines that ensure predictable output in a high-mix, engineered-to-order environment.
