Operational Readiness & Agility

  • Build and maintain a multi-skilled, cross-trainable workforce that can move between projects as demand changes
  • Ensure teams remain billable, productive, and re-deployable
  • Maintain continuous execution readiness across all client programs


Manpower Planning & Certification Management

  • Lead manpower planning, capacity forecasting, and deployment models
  • Ensure Microsoft, AWS, and other required certifications are current and aligned to client needs
  • Plan hiring, training, and certifications ahead of demand


Hiring, Capacity & Workforce Planning

  • Lead India and U.S. hiring strategy aligned to pipeline and delivery needs
  • Manage bench, backfill, and ramp-up to avoid delivery gaps
  • Ensure quality, role fit, and readiness of all hires
