Key Responsibilities:
Operational Readiness & Agility
- Build and maintain a multi-skilled, cross-trainable workforce that can move between projects as demand changes
- Ensure teams remain billable, productive, and re-deployable
- Maintain continuous execution readiness across all client programs
Manpower Planning & Certification Management
- Lead manpower planning, capacity forecasting, and deployment models
- Ensure Microsoft, AWS, and other required certifications are current and aligned to client needs
- Plan hiring, training, and certifications ahead of demand
Hiring, Capacity & Workforce Planning
- Lead India and U.S. hiring strategy aligned to pipeline and delivery needs
- Manage bench, backfill, and ramp-up to avoid delivery gaps
- Ensure quality, role fit, and readiness of all hires
Commercial & Financial Enablement
- Design and manage compensation structures, pricing models, and billability frameworks
