Job Title: Director - Oracle Cloud SCM - Solutions Architect

Experience on Oracle Cloud: 12+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Working Hours: 12:00pm to 9.00pm


Role Brief:

This role is crucial for driving the strategic direction of our Oracle SCM applications related initiatives and ensuring the alignment of the business objectives with the technology solutions. The role at Global Capability Center (GCC) is to work with the supply chain business functions to design solutions for bringing efficiencies in the complex operations. Leverage the latest Oracle Cloud features and functionalities to help build and deliver the applications that transcend todays digital world, fundamentally enabling change for the supply chain business functions. Lead the Oracle Cloud SCM applications team members at GCC in delivering projects, enhancements and support engagements.


Required Experience :

  • Proven experience (16+ years) in SCM solutions implementation, with a focus on Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SCM applications and best practices applicable to supply chain operations and reporting aspects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Supply Chain modules is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of supply chain regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.


Job Description:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and strategy for Oracle Cloud SCM applications, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive Oracle Cloud SCM applications leveraging Oracle delivered latest features and functionalities like Gen AI, ML, RPA etc, focusing on best practices and industry standards. Preferred experience on all reporting and analytical apps including FDI and OAC
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Cloud supply chain projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain business functions and IT to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep expertise/knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM applications, including Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Product Information Management, Order Management, Costing and Logistics.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the SCM applications, leveraging modern Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of Oracle Cloud SCM solution architects and technical, QA experts at GCC fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes within the organization.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that solutions adhere to compliance standards and effectively manage Oracle SCM application-level risks.


Education

  • Bachelors / Masters, degree in Supply Chain processes, Information Technology, or a related field.
