At Revlon, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Director of Packaging Sustainability & Compliance to lead our global sustainability agenda across packaging innovation. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of beauty through environmentally responsible design, regulatory compliance, and data-driven transformation. You will embed sustainability at every stage of the packaging development lifecycle—from concept to commercialization—while ensuring alignment with Revlon's brand values and global commitments. The role reports to the Global VP, Packaging, and is a core member of the Packaging Leadership Team, with global responsibility across categories and regions.
