Being the go-to MEP/CIVIL person
Are you considered to be the go-to person for all MEP/CIVIL matters That's what you'll be in this role. You'll manage all activities related to mechanical, engineering and plumbing in terms of planning, designing, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, and final handover. Your task is to fully understand, collect and deliver clients MEP/CIVIL requirements. The design manager in MEP/CIVIL will depend on you to help schedule or plan establishment, value engineer, and design change management. You'll also assist the contract manager in MEP/CIVIL-related procurement and VO management. On top of that, you'll support the construction manager in MEP/CIVIL-related installation, site inspection and contractor management.
