About the Role
The Director – Pharmacy will provide visionary academic and administrative leadership to the School of Pharmacy. The role demands a seasoned academician with strong industry connect, deep understanding of regulatory compliance (PCI/AICTE/UGC), exceptional people leadership skills, and experience in building high-performing academic institutions.
This position will lead the overall development, accreditation, research ecosystem, teaching excellence, student outcomes, and strategic partnerships for the Pharmacy Department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Leadership & Program Management
Lead the design, review, and enhancement of all Pharmacy programs (D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Ph.D.).
Ensure curriculum alignment with PCI, AICTE, UGC norms and global best practices.
Drive academic quality, innovative pedagogy, and digital learning initiatives.
