The organization is now looking for a dynamic project delivery leader to build and drive its Project Management Office (PMO), aligned to ongoing and upcoming fiber, wireless, and telecom projects.

    Job Description

    Reporting to Executive Leadership, you will:

  • Define and lead the strategic vision of the PMO, setting frameworks, tools, KPIs, and standards across projects
  • Oversee all ongoing projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and scope-aligned delivery with full lifecycle tracking
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, driving performance, capability development, and project consistency
  • Enable collaboration between engineering, sales, and operational stakeholders to align project execution with business outcomes
  • Build robust risk management, resource optimization, and stakeholder communication models to de-risk delivery
  • Drive continuous process improvement, reporting, and visibility to senior leadership using project tracking tools
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction, while adapting strategies to meet evolving business demands
  • Support bids, proposals, and growth programs through the PMO by embedding scalable project governance and execution rigor

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 10+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery, with at least 5 years in OSP/ISP construction in the broadband/telecom domain
  • Holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or Telecom; PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Has a deep understanding of fiber optics, wireless networks, cable systems, and telecom infrastructure delivery models
  • Is highly proficient in Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent tools, and adept in budgeting, reporting, and risk frameworks
  • Possesses strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities
  • Brings a growth mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
