As Process Transformation Director, you will lead digital, analytics, continuous improvement, and change capabilities for Global Business Services, ensuring robust internal controls. You will build and execute the GBS Digital Roadmap, drive automation, and enable data-driven decision-making across regions. You’ll serve as the strategic conduit between GBS, the business, and IS to accelerate transformation across service lines. You will champion modern, digital ways of working, with a strong emphasis on governance and change adoption. This role combines leadership, process optimization, and technology delivery to elevate GBS maturity and performance.
