Director - Product Innovation & Engineering

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Director – Product Innovation & Engineering to lead our GenAI Products and Accelerator strategy within the Studio team. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in developing full stack solutions using GenAI, leading engineering teams and proven track record of building scalable, repeatable, and differentiated offerings for enterprise clients.

You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, data scientists, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and operationalize AI-driven products and accelerators that drive measurable client value and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, design, and development of AI-powered products, accelerators, and reusable assets.


• Build industry-specific solutions aligned to client challenges and growth priorities.


• Maintain a roadmap of reusable AI assets, ensuring consistent alignment with evolving client and market needs.


• Evaluate and integrate partner solutions from hyperscalers, data platforms, and ISVs to accelerate time-to-market.


• Collaborate with sales, presales, and marketing to define GTM strategies and enable account plays.


• Represent the organization at industry events, analyst briefings, and thought leadership forums.


• Drive visibility through whitepapers, blogs, and product showcases.


• Track and improve innovation metrics—adoption rate, time-to-market, and business impact

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15–20 years of experience in AI/Analytics product innovation, solution design, or R&D leadership.


• Proven success in building enterprise-grade AI or data-driven products, preferably in industry domains such as Retail, CPG, BFSI, or Manufacturing.


• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, GenAI architectures, and MLOps pipelines.


• Hands-on exposure to accelerator design, development, product roadmap ownership, and market launch.


• Experience collaborating with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), data plaforms (Databricks & Snowflake), and AI ecosystem partners.


• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate research into commercial products.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and technical levels.


• A track record of thought leadership—publications, conference presentations, or patents preferred.
