About the role:

As the head of all programmatic interventions, you will be the owner of our program delivery engine, responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and impactful execution of our flagship models. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of technical experts and program managers to ensure interventions translate into measurable & outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Set the long-term vision for all programs, ensuring alignment with the organizations mission and Theory of Change.

  • Program Design & Innovation: Lead the conceptualization of new interventions and continuously iterate on existing models using new technologies and best practices.

  • Implementation Excellence: Take ultimate responsibility for the successful on-ground execution of the entire program portfolio.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain relationships with top officials in central and state governments, key funding partners, and technical collaborators.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage annual and multi-year budgeting, financial planning, and grant compliance for the entire programs vertical.

  • Policy Advocacy: Leverage on-ground data and findings to advocate for evidence-based policy reforms at the national level.

  • Team Development: Mentor and inspire a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

Skills Required: 
  • Experience: A minimum of 15–20 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 5 years managing large, complex program portfolios.

  • Sector Expertise: Mandatory experience in the development sector or social impact space, with a proven track record in large-scale implementation and government partnerships.

  • Strategic & Operational Mastery: The ability to think long-term while maintaining a relentless focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

  • Clinical/Technical Knowledge: A practical understanding of emergency medical response and trauma care protocols (e.g., BLS) is highly valued.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply to diverse audiences.
