**Job Description**
The Director, Programs will oversee all aspects of maintenance, modernization, and repair projects for U.S. Navy vessels operating in and out of Singapore, a key hub for the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Operations. This role provides critical contract management oversight, technical coordination, and strategic planning under the US Navy Fleet Logistics Contract, identified here as the Lead Maintenance Activity. The successful candidate will ensure project adherence to quality, cost, and schedule requirements, serving as the primary point of contact with the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), the Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Singapore, and other U.S. government stakeholders.
