Director Project Management

Title: Project Director - Data Center

Location: Mumbai

Exp Required: 20-25 years

Responsibilities:

• Experience of 25+ years in Project Management in Large Data Centre Projects / Similar EPC projects involving MEP
• Techno-commercial person, having experience of Project Management, Development and Execution of Hyperscale data centers / mission-critical facilities
• Responsible for identification of Project requirements and establishing Project definition, scope and Execution Strategy.
• Responsible for overall Project Management and e2e delivery of Project within defined Cost, Schedule, Quality and Safety parameters
• Ensure compliance and adherance to all the established processes and systems by all stakeholders
• Interface with all internal and external stakeholders including PMC, EPCM, Engineering, P&C and Construction to ensure all are aligned to the Project requirements
• Implement Change Management Processes are ensuring all changes pertaining to Design / Project requirements are affected and stakeholders aligned
• Implement Risk Management Processes to ensure that risks are timely identified and mitigated
