Qualifications

 At least 10 years of experience delivering comprehensive technology-based solutions

 Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)

 Strong understanding of the professional services industry, including technical services, systems integration, and strategic business solutions

 Experience delivering full life cycle solution development engagements for enterprise initiatives with gross fees more than $1M

 Strong client relationship management skills

 Comfortable facilitating interactions and discussions with 'C' level executives

 Experience managing the proposal process and pursuit teams in a consultative, solution based sales model

 Ability to present proposal solutions to all levels of client management

 Ability to articulate complex issues, thought leadership, and the business value of solutions
