What you will do in this role
In this role, you will serve as the senior Business Operations leader for the Amgen India (AIN) site, accountable for the integrated delivery of core operational capabilities including budget management, business analytics, and Source-to-Pay. You will act as the primary point of accountability for translating global business operations strategy into effective regional execution, while also elevating insights, innovation, and best practices from AIN to inform enterprise-level decision-making. As the Business Operations Site Lead, you will provide governance and leadership to ensure operational rigor, financial discipline, compliance, and scalability, partnering closely with global and regional leaders to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and drive outcomes that support Amgen's strategic objectives.
