About this opportunity

In this role you will have end-to-end responsibility and accountability for all activities under the Restorative care area, such as defining long-range strategy, translating it into the annual operating plans, developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and commercialization plans, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. All that to help drive practice growth and efficiency for dental professional customers -- including General Dentists (GPs), Orthodontists, and Dental Labs. You will need to understand the needs of customers to develop product and service concepts, positioning and messaging, and commercialization plans across the globe. This is a leadership role that requires the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with Align counterparts, product management, regional marketing leadership, sales, legal/regulatory teams, and marketing agency partners.
