Your role at a glance

As a Director, S-REIT (m/f/d), you will report directly to the Global Portfolio Management Lead and play a pivotal role in managing the NTT DC REIT portfolio, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Your primary objective is to create and preserve value for third‑party investors, measured by enterprise value, yield, IRR, and other key metrics.
