The Director, Sales CALA is an experienced professional in charge of developing and expanding Sales Organization in Caribbean and Latin America region for the complete Invisalign product range. Designing strategies and leading sales organization in multiples countries in LATAM to expand the business with the Align Digital Platform, by building strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gaining greater market share. Will direct lead the sales team and manage a matrix organization to achieve the business goals. The incumbent also can expand the Invisalign business across CALA by locating and contacting potential partners whilst also discovering and exploring new opportunities.
