Job Description
**Overview**
The Director, Sales Compensation Tooling & Data is responsible for the **end-to-end strategy, delivery, and operational health of World Wide Incentive Compensation (WWIC’s) tooling, data platforms, and seller facing experiences** that enable accurate, timely, and scalable incentive compensation globally.
This role serves as the **single accountable business owner** for compensation tooling and data readiness across plan design, quota, metrics, earnings, payouts, and seller support experiences. The leader partners with Engineering, Finance, HR, RevOps, and Analytics to modernize platforms, reduce manual work, and improve seller trust and transparency.
This position plays a critical leadership role in **WWIC’s multiyear transformation agenda** , including modernization of compensation systems, AI enabled experiences, and process simplification.
