As Head of Sales for Spain, you will spearhead Silae's commercial acceleration following the acquisition of two companies (Summar & Denario).

Mission

Design, recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing new business team, with a strong hunter DNA, capable of conquering new logos in a complex and evolving product landscape.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the commercial strategy for new business acquisition in Spain, focusing on direct clients as well as advisory firms and payroll service providers.

Build and lead from scratch a team of sales hunters, ensuring the right recruitment, onboarding, and training frameworks are in place to create a winning sales culture.

Build a strategic partnerships ecosystem to accelerate indirect sales, a key factor for success.

Work with existing teams to boost business as usual and redefine priorities and roles if needed.
