Director, Sales (Hybrid)

Full time, Singapore

In this role, you will concentrate on driving strategic sales efforts to secure profitable new corporate travel accounts and retain existing clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for lead generation and leveraging networking opportunities.

As a Director Sales, you will

  • Ensure team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients and work with respective account management on acquisition of this new business
  • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy in a timely manner
  • Determine pricing strategies and develop customer propositions
  • Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and assure performance review delivery for down line employees
  • Perform or direct personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
