This position (Director, Salesforce and Channel Performance Management Engineering) will be reporting to the Head of Engineering – Branch Technology within Canadian Banking Engineering and will be end‑to‑end responsible for delivering the cutting‑edge solution for our channel advisors. The role will act as a technology advisor for the Salesforce platform and will lead senior managers, engineering and other direct/indirect reports to successfully deliver this initiative. The position requires working with multiple squads of business and technology teams to influence the outcome of the program.
