Job Description

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. The Director of Security is a senior level position responsible for providing leadership, guidance and direction to the BIW Security department. The Director is responsible to manage day to day activities and ensure compliance with all programmatic, regulatory, legal and contractual requirements.

  • Safety Leadership:Manage safety performance of Security PersonnelEnsure consistent Security safety standards and procedures across facilitiesAddress systemic safety concerns and implement standardized solutions
  • Project Execution:Responsible to ensure that the organizations maintain a record of satisfactory compliance in the areas of physical and IT/Network infrastructure security, Security and Contracts Administration, National Industrial Security Program and all local, state and federal laws.
