Overview

What is the opportunity?

As the Director, Security Platforms, Identity & AI Operations Support , you will be accountable for the end-to-end operational reliability, security posture, and service excellence of RBC’s Security Data Hub and Security Insight, and Identity Data Fabric platforms. This role provides strategic leadership and operational governance over an offshore contract team delivering Level 1 and 2 support, while serving as the Application custodian for critical security, data, and IAM platforms. The director ensures platforms meet enterprise SLA commitments, regulatory and audit requirements, resilience standards, and evolving security analytics needs while driving operational maturity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
