The Role
As Director of Security, you will be the guardian of safety, privacy, and trust across Faena Wadi Safar. You will lead all security and safety operations during pre-opening and ongoing operations, ensuring a secure environment for guests, residents, colleagues, and partners—without ever compromising warmth, elegance, or discretion.
As a Saudi National, you will play a critical role in regulatory alignment, local stakeholder engagement, and cultural fluency, acting as a trusted authority and ambassador for the property.
