About this Role:

As Director of Engineering in our Guest Line of Business in India, you will be a hands-on engineering leader that will help us shape the scale and growth of Toast's Guest teams in India. You will be responsible for delivering the technical roadmap and contribute to the product roadmap definition & execution for mission critical services. You will start with small teams that deliver impact and gain expertise in Guest Marketing domain areas, and you will grow the skills and size of your teams over time. You love finding creative ways to help your teams become more effective & efficient. You will connect your teams' work to Toast's broader mission.
