Director, Software Engineering

OCI’s Identity and Access Management organization offers exciting opportunities for you! Our engineering team is looking for a Software Development Director to help us enhance and build new capabilities in our Identity services to support OCI and our customers.
As a Director in the OCI Identity and Access Management organization, you will build and manage a software development org, drive key initiatives, and roadmaps, while delivering critical projects with short, medium, and long-term objectives. You will influence executives and technical leaders, work across organizational boundaries, align teams on meaningful goals. You will demonstrate leadership, communication, and people management skills, and deep understanding of product development.

You will manage teams consisting of software engineers of all levels and software development managers responsible for software architecture and development for major components of access data plane services.
