Your Impact

  • Define and execute the solution architecture strategy for our Core Applications Engineering group, aligning with enterprise technology priorities and cloud transformation goals
  • Establish and communicate a clear target-state architecture for mission-critical platforms, including order management, finance, and supply chain, using cloud-native, modular, and API-first principles
  • Drive adoption of microservices, containerization, and event-driven patterns to increase agility, scalability, and resiliency
  • Architect and guide the implementation of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), leveraging serverless capabilities, managed services, and Kubernetes-based workloads
  • Champion modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native, API-driven, and event-based architectures
  • Lead enterprise integration through API gateways, service mesh, and standardized API contracts for seamless connectivity
  • Pilot and scale emerging technologies—including AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics—to deliver measurable business value
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, reference models, and design principles across the portfolio
  • Provide oversight and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with architecture blueprints and security standards
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and product leaders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise solution architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions across ERP, Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or other core applications
  • Hands-on experience with modern integration approaches (APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong background in enterprise application modernization, digital transformation, and large-scale systems integration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in architectural governance, standards, and implementation oversight in a global or multi-location environment
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, integration, or security are a plus

  • $205,000 - $215,000

    The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA locatio. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
