The Portfolio Governance & Industrialization Head oversees the management, governance, and optimization of project portfolios within an organization. They ensure alignment with strategic objectives, standardize processes, and drive efficiency and effectiveness across projects. Drive and lead team for Portfolio value creation, risk management and mitigation strategies with business owners to steer portfolio’s to growth, convergence, expansion or portfolio retirement/simplification.
