Job Summary

This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving Allianz Direct Germany’s digital growth agenda. The position focuses on designing, steering, and delivering digital growth projects and new product launches. It ensures seamless collaboration between Business and IT to accelerate execution and embed a growth mindset across the organization. In this role, you will act as a catalyst for innovation and customer-centric digital services and you will be measured in business impact and return on investment.
