Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Partnerships

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–8 years (B2B partnerships / employer partnerships / HRTech / campus hiring)

Role Overview - You will own end-to-end employer partnerships for InfyTalent in India — from identifying target companies to closing partnerships that translate into live roles, campus drives, internships/projects, and hires.


This is a high-ownership role: you’ll run the pipeline, close deals, and ensure partners become active and renewing accounts.


1) Employer Acquisition & Deal Closure

  • Build a target list of employers (startups → mid-market → enterprise) and crack new partnerships month-on-month.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitch, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handoff.
  • Sell InfyTalent’s hiring + engagement offerings: job/internship postings, curated talent pools, campus drives, assessments, AI interviews, apprenticeship programs, employer branding, and bundled “train + hire” pathways.


2) Activate Partners to Outcomes (Roles to Hires)

  • Convert signed partners into active hiring accounts: ensure roles go live, campuses are activated, and drives/projects actually run.
  • Work with internal ops/product teams to deliver a smooth employer experience (speed, quality, responsiveness).
  • Track hiring funnel metrics: roles opened → applicants → shortlist → interviews → offers → joins.


3) Account Management & Renewals

  • Own renewals and expansions: increase #roles, #campuses engaged, and depth of usage (assessments, AI interviews, branding, etc.).
  • Run quarterly reviews with partners: outcomes, insights, improvements, next-quarter plan.


4) Market Feedback & GTM Iteration

  • Be the voice of the employer: capture objections, pricing sensitivity, product gaps, and competitor learnings.
  • Partner with product/marketing to refine messaging, case studies, pitch decks, and playbooks.


Success Metrics (KPIs) - 6 to 12 months

  • # Active hiring partners (signed + running roles/drives, not just MoUs)
  • # Roles opened (FT + internships + projects)
  • # Hires / placements / joins
  • Renewal % (retention + expansion)


Qualifications & Skills -


Must Have

  • Proven experience in B2B partnerships / employer acquisition (HRTech, job platforms, campus hiring platforms, staffing tech, recruitment marketplaces, or equivalent).
  • Comfortable selling to TA Heads, HRBPs, business leaders, and navigating multi-stakeholder closes.
  • Strong pipeline discipline: CRM hygiene, forecasting, weekly funnel reviews.
  • Clear communication + sharp negotiation;
    you can close without being pushy.


Good - to - have

  • Hands-on experience running campus drives / internship programs / early careers hiring at scale.
  • Exposure to assessments / AI interview workflows / hiring automation tooling.
  • Prior experience with two-sided platforms/marketplaces.

  • Owner mentality: you treat targets like your problem, not “team dependency.”
  • Outcome-first: you don’t celebrate a signed MoU unless it turns into roles + hires.
  • Builder: comfortable creating structure where none exists.
