**Overview**
Element is seeking an experienced, highly dynamic, and organized **Director, Strategic Programs** to support the Aerospace & Energy Business Unit. The Director, Strategic Programs will serve as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership with a focus on managing business unit initiatives and shaping strategic direction across the aerospace business while ensuring successful execution of critical initiatives. There will be a consistent focus on managing and optimizing processes, systems, and workflows as the business continues to scale and grow. The Director, Strategic Programs will report directly to the Business Unit Vice President and will collaborate closely with Division Directors, Safety, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and HR leaders.
