ROLE OVERVIEW

The Director – Strategy, Operations & AI Transformation is a senior leadership role anchored in the Office of the CEO. This role acts as a strategic partner and execution leader, translating vision into outcomes, driving enterprise operating rhythm, and enabling AI-first transformation across Minfy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CEO Partnership & Strategy Execution

• Partner closely with the CEO on enterprise strategy, priorities, and execution.
• Translate strategic intent into clear plans, metrics, and outcomes.
• Support CEO readiness for Board, investor, and strategic partner engagements.

2.Enterprise Operating Rhythm & Governance

• Design and run enterprise cadence including AOP, KPI/OKRs, MBRs, and QBRs.
• Track execution rigor, identify risks, and drive accountability.
• Improve decision-making frameworks and operating discipline.

3.Strategy, Transformation & Special Initiatives

• Lead CEO-sponsored strategic initiatives including AI COE, partnerships, and new business models.
• Drive AI-led productivity and transformation programs.
• Form and lead cross-functional tiger teams.

4.Cross-Functional Sales Alignment & Org Effectiveness

• Act as connective tissue across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, HR, and AI teams and
• Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks and execution friction.
• Own Sales pipeline, operations, hygiene, sales enablement, Account Plans and win Plans.

5.Financial & Business Performance Enablement

• Partner with Finance on performance management, unit economics, and margin improvement.
• Support strategic investment and ROI analysis.
• Strengthen Board-level financial narratives.

6.AI & Technology Orientation

• Champion AI-first thinking across leadership and operations.
• Partner with tech leaders to ensure strategy aligns with technical realities.
• Leverage data, automation, and AI in executive decision-making.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 12–18 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or leadership roles.
• Strong preference for Top 10 B-Schools (India or Global).
• High financial acumen and business judgment.
• Deep passion for technology, AI, and transformation.
• Ability to influence without authority and operate with discretion.
