ABOUT THE POSITION

The Director, Strategy and Performance provides strategic leadership to SkilledTradesBC, ensuring the organization fulfills its government mandate through evidence-based decision-making, robust program governance, and alignment with strategic priorities. This role drives organizational performance, policy development, and data integrity while fostering collaboration across executive leadership, the Board, and key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the Director leads the following teams: Policy and Research, Performance and Analytics, Strategic Programs, and Information Management. The role is also accountable for administrative fairness through the Review Officer function and oversees the organization’s Business Continuity and Incident Management Plans.
