What You’ll Do

Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledgeContribute to the definition and development of the GTB strategy and roadmap through research of global payments trends and disruptions, and the analysis of their applicability to markets within Scotiabank's global footprintDesign and lead problem solving sessions, workshops, and interviews with cross-functional / business line working team members and subject matter expertsSynthesize and quantify findings and present clear recommendations and implementation plans to ensure impactful project outcomes to senior leaders within the BankSupport annual business planning activities including investment sizing and benefits forecastingDevelop artifacts to support executive updates, steering committee, and monthly business reviewsUnderstand how the Bank’s risk ...
