Director, Systems & Innovation

Job Description

In support of the New St. Paul’s Hospital (NSPH) Information Technology (IT) vision, the Director, Project Delivery for Systems & Innovation will be responsible for overseeing the Clinical & Business Systems portfolios (clinical and business systems, applications and equipment) and Innovation portfolio (Clinical Coordination Centre and new technology initiatives). This role will be required to provide senior level management and leadership, be accountable for planning and implementation of the strategic approach, and liaise with PHC (and other regional) leadership to manage the intersection of NSPH initiatives with other strategic efforts. This role requires experience with facility design, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with electronic health record systems, clinical application planning, and data analytics, in a healthcare setting.
