Job Summary:

The Director, GEA Talent and Client Onboarding Experience is responsible for several critical business differentiators for Allegis Group: talent onboarding, client onboarding via contract lifecycle management (CLM), and the OpCo Enablement function. In addition, the Front Office shared services of DevOps, Production support, and the User Experience/Design Thinking Center of Excellence (CoE) fall under this organization. This position ensures that the systems needed to support the mission, goals, and operations of Allegis Group, Inc. are provided in a timely, accurate, creative, and cost-effective manner.
