The Director of Technical Program Management – Enterprise Prioritization Enablement plays a critical role in operationalizing Walmart’s enterprise product priorities by connecting strategy, product intent, and engineering execution. This leader supports the **Top 6** prioritization agenda by driving alignment, surfacing tradeoffs, and ensuring clarity across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Operating at the Director level, this role is highly hands-on and execution-oriented, while still requiring strong strategic judgment and technical depth. The Director partners closely with Enterprise and Segment Strategy teams, Product leaders, and Engineering teams to translate priorities into executable plans, produce executive-ready materials, and manage interdependencies that impact delivery, sequencing, and value realization.
