Director, Technical Program Management, Silicon Engineering

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of professional experience in the silicon industry or 13 years with an advanced degree.
+ 8 years of experience as a silicon design engineer or in a management role in architecture, micro-architecture, physical design, or DV or DFT.
+ 5 years of experience in leading technical program management teams or cross-functional silicon projects.
+ 5 years of experience in IP or SoC delivery.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience delivering multiple concurrent silicon programs, working cross-functionally.
+ Experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performance teams to achieve challenging goals, leveraging the strengths, weaknesses, and styles of key players.
