Our client is looking to hire a Global Head - Total Rewards & People Operations CoE.


Global Head - Total Rewards & People Operations CoE

Experience : 18+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and People Operations, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role in high-growth or tech-led organizations.


Bangalore | Office‑first (5 days/week)

  • Role Purpose: Lead People Experience team – compensation, benefits, equity design, HR ops, compliance, payroll, governance.
  • Context: Mission‑critical leadership role during transition from startup freedom to public‑company accountability.
  • Scope: Partner with HRBP & TA teams across revenue, engineering, customer success, enabler functions; support L&D/OD for growth.
