Job Overview

We are looking for a senior leader (Director/AVP level) to lead Tutor Community Operations at Cuemath. This person will own end-to-end tutor community operations and will be responsible for execution on ground, operational excellence, and building a strong tutor culture aligned with Cuemath's mission of Math Fitness.

This role requires strong leadership, structured thinking, high ownership, and excellent communication skills. The person should understand education deeply and should have experience working closely with teachers/tutors/students.
