Director - US Leadership Hiring

We are seeking a leader to join our US and International leadership hiring team. You will be the strategic architect of our executive search practice for the United States & other International Geographies. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role designed for a visionary leader who understands the American/ International leadership landscape and possesses the hunter instinct to scale a high-end consultancy desk.

Core Responsibilities

Executive Search Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of retained and contingency searches for AVP, VP, SVP, and C-level mandates.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our US/ International-based clients.

P&L Management: Take full ownership of the US division’s financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budget management, and profitability.
