We’re looking for a Director of Design Engineering to lead our front-end engineering team and scale our design system ( designsystem.citizensbank.com ) into a world-class platform that powers efficiency and consistency across the enterprise.
As Director of Design Engineering, you’ll build and mentor a team of engineers who bridge design and technology—delivering reusable, coded components that bring our design standards to life. You’ll partner closely with UX Design, Accessibility, Research, Product, and Engineering leadership to scale and expand a team truly dedicated to Front End expertise.
