Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global supply planning function / team for assigned value chains.Implement and stabilize plans and decisions from the monthly enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.Own alignment with stakeholders (planning, sales, manufacturing, distribution, purchasing) by executing Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) weekly.Develop a comprehensive view of the demand plan to ensure data accuracy and visibility of demand signals to drive supply plans.Develop an accurate and stable supply signal to be used by global operations to meet customer demand.Monitor and synchronize information and product flows to prevent supply disruptions and support new opportunities.Partner with Inventory Optimization to maintain inventory levels in line with service requirements and customer expectations.Coordinate on demand visibility for new product introductions and discontinuatio...
