This role involves leading a team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of dirt work. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all dirt operations on construction sites. Coordinate and schedule work activities with project managers and site supervisors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-job briefings and safety meetings with crew members. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Train and mentor crew members on best practices in earthwork and installation techniques.
