This opportunity is well-suited to a disability management professional who brings strong judgment, clear communication, and experience navigating complex cases within a unionized environment.

As the Disability Management Consultant, you’ll actively manage nonoccupational short-term disability casesusing a collaborative, evidence-basedandemployee-centered approach that meets individual health needs. You will adjudicate claims using the parameter5s of the self-insured disability plan.
